The creation of Animals are People Too and why I want you to keep reading!

Welcome to Animals are People Too and the blog's first post! I hope you found us easily and that you will continue to visit the site. This blog will work to spread awareness of endangered species so that we can continue to see little babies, like the ones above, be born and grow. Sadly, 26,000 plus species are threatened with extinction today. That number will only increase with deforestation, encroachment on habitats, poaching, and a number of other human activities that we will discuss later on. In this blog we will be looking into the facts and figures of endangered species like gorillas, and elephants as well as success stories like that of the giant panda. So, please join me in working to save species around the world and donate if you can to the World Wildlife Fund through my Facebook page, or through my fundraising page with the WWF.
